About Us

 Dip and Dollop was created by two enterprising chefs that also happen to be husband and wife. Kevin and Gloria create small batch, artisan sauces made from fresh ingredients and bold flavors.

 Our featured That Red Sauce is a bright, versatile sauce.  Toss it with vegetables, fresh pasta and a protein, or set it out as a dip.  It can be used to enhance favorite dishes you've already mastered, or used to turn everyday ingredients into a delicious meal. 

 Gloria's family recipe from Cuba, these are thick, savory and slightly sweet. Traditionally served over rice, but great as a dip with tortilla chips.
